Position Title: Lead Generation Specialist / Appointment Setter Work Set Up: Onsite Schedule: 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM PH Time Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark Pampanga Quick Rundown: The Telemarketer will be responsible for initiating contact with potential clients, building rapport, obtaining consent for continued communication, and qualifying leads with a soft approach. The ideal candidate will have a great personality, excellent listening skills, and a strong desire to connect with people. What You’ll Do: Initiate outbound calls to potential clients. Build rapport and establish trust with contacts. Obtain explicit consent from individuals for ongoing communication via calls, texts, and emails. Qualify leads by gauging their interest in selling properties with a soft, non-aggressive approach. Accurately log and record all call details in the CRM for compliance and tracking purposes. Ensure all communication and scripts adhere to compliance standards. Collaborate with the team to ensure the quality of lead lists and optimize dialing ratios. Participate in training to enhance telemarketing skills and stay updated on company services. What We’re Looking For: Proven ability to build rapport and maintain a positive attitude. Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with CRM software is a plus. Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is beneficial but not required; we value personality and motivation.
