Location: Remote (Philippines)

Schedule:  Part Time (4 hrs/day. 20hrs/week) US Hours

Salary: Competitive + Commission

Job Overview

We are looking for a professional, confident, and motivated Cold Caller to help us reach real estate agents in the US. Your role is to engage in conversations, qualify leads, and book appointments for our founder.

This is NOT a hard-sell job. We provide scripts, training, leads, and support.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to real estate agents (provided list)

 Follow a proven script conversationally, not robotically

 Identify interest, qualify the agent, and book appointments

 Track conversations, notes, and follow-ups

 Maintain professionalism and positive energy on every call

 Hit weekly targets for calls and booked appointments

 

Requirements

Excellent English communication (neutral or near-neutral accent)

 Previous cold calling or telemarketing experience REQUIRED

 Real estate experience is a big PLUS

 Confidence, persistence, and strong listening skills

 Quiet home office and reliable internet

 Ability to work US daytime hours (Pacific or Eastern)
