We're Hiring: Country Manager for Recruitment Company


Location: Remote (Philippines)


Full-Time

D2B is searching for a passionate and experienced Country Manager to lead our recruitment operations in the Philippines. We are an offshore recruitment business with clients all across the world, mostly in Australia, New Zealand and the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to drive recruitment strategies and manage a talented team dedicated to sourcing and placing the best candidates with our broad range of clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to meet client needs
  • Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to placement and follow-up
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruitment team to achieve performance targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment
  • Implement and optimize recruitment processes and tools
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and market insights

About You:

You are a strategic thinker with a proven track record in recruitment management. You're skilled in developing teams and have the ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders, ensuring that both candidates and clients receive outstanding service.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine job market and talent landscape
  • Proven experience in driving recruitment strategies and achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and inspire a remote team
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
