Job Summary:The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for managing and processing vendor invoices, expense reports, and payments in a timely and accurate manner. This role ensures that all financial transactions are recorded properly, supports month-end closing activities, and maintains strong vendor relationships while adhering to company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred, but not always required).

· Proven experience in accounts payable or general accounting role.

· Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and accounting/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Active Systrem, QuickBooks).

· High attention to detail and accuracy.

· Good organizational and time management skills.

· Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
