What will you do as Head, Group Medical Operations:

The position of Head, Group Medical Operations, is responsible for overseeing the staff activities and operations of Group Medical Services specific to the units under Client Care, Network Relations and Client Engagement specifically Enrollment Fulfillment.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Insurance/HMO business and Medical operations
  • Experienced in Provider relations
  • Experienced in Medical Operations for Health Insurance
  • With experience in data management and analytics is an advantage
  • With experience in People management
  • With call center operations background or experience
  • Has the know-how in administrative activities.
  • Capable of critical and analytical thinking.
