Garment Merchandising Encoder

Position: Garment Merchandising Encoder

Work Policy: On-site (Office-based)

Responsibilities:
  • Encode, update, and maintain all merchandising and order-related data in the system.
  • Assist the Merchandising team in handling buyer requirements, product development, and order follow-ups.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchase orders, approvals, and production schedules.
  • Monitor and update time and action (T&A) calendars to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and production teams for order status updates.
  • Verify accuracy of order details, shipment documents, and costing sheets.
  • Generate reports (daily, weekly, monthly) for management review.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company data.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in garment merchandising or data encoding is an advantage (fresh graduates may apply).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Highly organized, able to multitask, and work under deadlines.
