Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the right products are available in the right quantity at the right time.
  • Work with suppliers to secure quality products on time and at the best price.
  • Track sales performance and adjust stock or promotions as needed.
  • Create attractive product displays to boost customer engagement and sales.
  • Study customer preferences and competitor activities to improve product offerings.
  • Plan sales promotions to increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Other tasks given.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or sales is beneficial.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends.
  • Creativity in visual merchandising.
  • Familiarity with inventory management software and tools.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
  • Willing to be deployed in MANGO boutique in SM Mall of Asia or SM North Edsa
