Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement fintech solutions that meet client needs and enhance user experience.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance of fintech solutions.
  • Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure products meet high standards of reliability and security.
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation and training materials to support product deployment and user adoption.
  • Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Monitor and report on project progress identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest advancements in fintech and related technologies.
  • Support the sales team by providing technical expertise during client presentations and negotiations.
  • Contribute to the companys strategic goals by delivering high-quality fintech solutions that drive business growth.
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in all aspects of product development and deployment.
  • Adapt to the rotational shift schedule demonstrating flexibility and commitment to meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in English communication both verbal and written to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Possess a strong understanding of ISV and Hi-Tech domains with the ability to apply this knowledge to fintech projects.
  • Exhibit problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Show willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and industry trends.
