Pioneer Sales Representative – FinTech Account

Job Description:
We are looking for highly driven and experienced Sales Professionals to join our Pioneer FinTech Sales Account. As part of this team, you will handle outbound and inbound sales calls, promote financial technology products, and deliver excellent customer experience while achieving sales targets. This is a great opportunity to be part of a pioneering program with competitive pay and exciting incentives.
Qualifications:
- Senior High School Graduate / High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) – must have at least 12 months of call center experience
- College Graduate – must have at least 6 months of call center experience
- Preferably with At least 2 years of Sales experience (any industry)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Must be results-driven, goal-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer:
- ₱30,000 Basic Salary plus 2,000 Monthly Allowance
- ₱30,000 Sign-on Bonus (Only for Octoober)
