Job Overview:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Outsourcing Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients. This role requires strong knowledge of payroll systems, compliance, and reporting, with the ability to handle sensitive data accurately and confidentially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for assigned clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Handle government contributions, taxes, and compliance requirements

  • Generate payslips, payroll summaries, and statutory reports

  • Resolve payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies

  • Maintain accurate employee records and payroll databases

  • Stay updated with labor laws and payroll regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing or accounting

  • Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP, or local platforms)

  • Strong knowledge of government-mandated benefits and tax calculations

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
