Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll Associate to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing while upholding compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end payroll process with accuracy and compliance to company standards and government regulations.
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including new hires, separations, salary changes, and deductions.
  • Validate and record employee work hours, overtime, leaves, and absences for payroll computation.
  • Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes, benefit contributions, and other mandatory deductions.
  • Assist in generating payroll-related reports such as expenses, tax filings, and reconciliations.
  • Address employee concerns regarding salaries, benefits, deductions, and payslips.
  • Keep updated with payroll laws and regulations to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in any 4-year business course
  • OPEN TO FRESH GRADUATES

Preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php16, Php17,000.00 per month
