Job Overview:
As a Telesales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers enquiring about shipping personal belongings overseas. You'll handle incoming leads, follow up on quotes, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, and coordinate closely with operations to ensure a smooth customer journey — from enquiry to delivery.
This role supports our UK-based client and will follow their operating schedule, aligning with UK business hours to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound sales enquiries via phone, email, and online quote requests.
- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and provide accurate information and quotations.
- Follow up with leads to convert quotes into confirmed bookings and achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in the company's CRM system (Moveware).
- Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure all booking details are clear and accurate.
- Provide excellent customer service, representing the PSS brand with professionalism and empathy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 3 years of experience in telesales, sales support, or customer service (preferably in logistics, removals, or shipping).
- Strong communication and sales skills with a confident, engaging phone manner; driven by results, targets, and excellent customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and online communication tools (Teams/Zoom).
- Experience in maintaining accurate records using CRM systems (Moveware experience is an advantage).
- Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- A team player with a positive, proactive, and customer-focused attitude.
- Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City.
- Work Schedule (Manila Time)
- Monday: 4:00 PM - 1:00 AM
- Tuesday - Thursday: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Friday - Saturday: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
