AMA Computer College Inc. is seeking an experienced and dedicated SHS Academic Coordinator to join our team in San Fernando City, La Union. As the SHS Academic Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the academic operations and supporting the success of our high school students. What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the school's academic programs and curriculum for senior high school students
  • Develop and monitor academic plans, schedules, and timetables to ensure efficient delivery of courses
  • Provide guidance and support to teaching staff in the development and implementation of lesson plans and teaching strategies
  • Collaborate with department heads and faculty members to identify and address students' academic needs
  • Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and progress
  • Implement and oversee the school's academic policies and procedures
  • Serve as a liaison between students, parents, and the school administration
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of school events and activities

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as an Academic Coordinator or in a similar administrative role in an educational institution
  • Strong understanding of the Philippine K-12 educational system and curriculum standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and faculty
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of office productivity software and student information systems
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
  • Passion for education and a desire to contribute to the academic success of students
