Guidance Counselor

This position is located in Mabalacat, Pampanga. The Guidance Counselor provides academic, personal, social, and career support to students through counseling, assessments, and development programs. Licensed guidance counselors with a Master's Degree play a vital role in promoting student well-being, facilitating interventions, offering career guidance, and ensuring compliance with school policies on mental health and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling for academic, behavioral, emotional, and personal concerns.
• Administer and interpret psychological and vocational assessments; maintain counseling records.
• Lead career guidance programs, orientations, and job-readiness activities.
• Implement guidance programs such as life skills training, mental health awareness, anti-bullying, and values formation.
• Coordinate with teachers, parents, and external agencies for student support and referrals.
• Manage counseling documentation, reports, and ensure data privacy compliance.
• Support student discipline through counseling-based interventions.
• Evaluate guidance programs and stay updated on best practices in counseling.

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Guidance and Counseling or related field.
• Licensed Guidance Counselor.
• Experience in counseling, assessments, or school guidance preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledgeable in testing tools, counseling techniques, and mental health programs.
• Proficient in documentation and digital tools.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
