DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Ensures orderliness, cleanliness and security of inventory; making sure that only authorized personnel gain access in the storage areas.

2.Arranges in proper location newly delivered spare parts and records on bin cards to ensure efficiency and control.

3.Maintains the storage area and ensures condition conforms to the storage requirements that prevent damage of the items.

4.Ensures proper documentation and authorization of all stock movements.

5.Records incoming & outgoing parts in the bin cards as well as in the inventory cards for stock control.

6.Assists client and properly evaluates all warranty claims before invoicing.

7.Processes and coordinates with the principal dealer regarding the warranty claims of customers.

8.Initiates processing of warranty claims. Prepares and submits all required documentation for warranty claims and collection of warranty claims receivables.

9.Ensures completeness, accuracy, timely monitoring and reporting of warranty claims receivables.

10.Monitors and ensures prompt collection of warranty claims. Conducts follow up pending charge account of customers for collection if deem necessary.

1.A graduate of a four-year course

2.Proven ability to work on detailed tasks with accuracy and speed
