Key Responsibilities

  • Set clear goals and inspire high performance across your team
  • Build a collaborative team culture with open communication
  • Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure timely task execution
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback
  • Track KPIs through monthly scorecards and data dashboards
  • Identify and address individual and team development needs
  • Lead performance reviews and behavioral interventions where necessary
  • Coordinate with WFM, QA, and Training for aligned execution
  • Manage PTO coordination, onboarding support, and process updates
  • Maintain flexibility in managing associates across various roles
  • Handle escalations professionally while aligning with SLAs and client expectations
  • Drive continuous process improvement by identifying gaps and leading SOP initiatives
