JOB: MARKETING SPECIALIST

Starting Salary: PHP 30,000 to PHP 50,000 (based on experience)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and producing graphics for digital and occasional print use
  • Create and edit short-form videos for campaigns and social media
  • Help manage content calendars across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Support the planning, execution, and tracking of digital marketing campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile reports with insights
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements

  • 1–3 years experience in marketing, content creation, or related field
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma)
  • Basic to intermediate video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
  • Working knowledge of social media marketing and content strategies
  • Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with paid advertising or influencer marketing
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Interest in SEO or digital content optimization
