They operate as a mass media and entertainment conglomerate with a diverse portfolio of original programming, digital content, and broadcasting channels, including TV and various radio stations. They also run a progressive news website, and provide a platform for independent content creators and artists.

About the Role:

The client is seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist to join the team. They are looking for a high-level professional who can manage and execute their marketing efforts, primarily focusing on social media content and advertising. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in marketing and a deep understanding of the media industry and American culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Develop, schedule, and publish content across various social media platforms.
  • Advertising: Create, manage, and optimize social media ad campaigns.
  • Content Creation: Generate engaging and relevant content to attract and grow our audience.
  • Funnel and Workflow Development: Create and manage marketing funnels and workflows to convert leads.
  • AI Integration: Utilize AI tools, such as Zapier and ChatGPT, to enhance marketing workflows and content creation.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as a marketing specialist with a portfolio of successful projects.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the media industry (radio, record labels, news publications) and the ability to target the correct audience.
  • AI Proficiency: Knowledge and practical experience using AI tools like Zapier and ChatGPT for marketing tasks.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in social media scheduling platforms and ad creation tools.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to work independently and efficiently without requiring extensive training. We're not looking to train anyone, we need a specialist to actually assist us with doing what we're doing.
