Key Responsibilities
  • General Accounting: Handle day-to-day accounting transactions including journal entries, accruals, and adjustments; ensure accurate and timely recording in the system.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Support: Process invoices, billing, and collections; prepare payment requests and monitor outstanding balances.
  • Reconciliations: Perform bank, cash, and account reconciliations; investigate and resolve variances.
  • Financial Reporting Support: Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports, schedules, and supporting documents.
  • Documentation & Filing: Maintain organized and complete accounting records (ORs, invoices, vouchers, contracts) in compliance with audit and company standards.
  • Inter-department Coordination: Coordinate with operations, purchasing, and other departments to validate transactions and supporting documents.
  • Audit & Compliance Assistance: Support internal and external audits by preparing schedules, explanations, and required documents.
  • Systems & Data Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and consistency of accounting data in ERP/accounting systems and related reports.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years experience in general accounting, accounts payable/receivable, or finance support roles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel/Google Sheets; experience with accounting systems or ERP is an advantage.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable handling multiple accounting tasks and deadlines.
