Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounting Staff to assist in daily accounting tasks such as processing vouchers, handling payments, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting billing, collections, and basic payroll preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare check vouchers, petty cash summaries, and basic disbursement documents
  • Assist with invoice checking and supplier coordination
  • Receive payments and prepare official receipts
  • Assist in billing, collections follow-up, and Statement of Account preparation
  • Help prepare Daily Cash Position and other basic accounting reports
  • Encode A/P and A/R transactions
  • Assist with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR requirements
  • Support payroll preparation
  • Perform other accounting tasks as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • At least 1-2 years accounting experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting processes
  • Proficient in MS Excel
  • Detail-oriented and organized

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
