GENERAL ACCOUNTANT

Reports directly to the CEO/Founder

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented General Accountant responsible for preparing financial reports, managing budgets and forecasts, handling BIR compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Conduct variance analysis and provide insights for management decisions
  • Assist in budget preparation and long-term financial planning (3 to 5 years)
  • Develop profit and loss scenarios for new projects
  • Improve financial processes and reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and BIR requirements
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Accounting and/or Financial Management
  • Minimum of 3 years accounting experience
  • Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills
  • Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling
  • Knowledge of BIR processes and regulatory compliance
  • CPA is preferred but not required
  • Willing to report to the office when needed
