Influencer Operations Specialist

In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in managing and optimizing the inbound pipeline of influencers for HelloSocial—including reviewing applications, onboarding creators, and guiding them through campaigns contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Become the go-to guide for creators joining HelloFresh—reviewing applications, onboarding talent, and steering them toward high-impact, high-performing campaigns.
• Team up with global and local partners to refine workflows, elevate platform performance, and keep our creator pipeline thriving.
• Spot opportunities, spark ideas, and help shape the next evolution of our influencer programs.
• Keep a close eye on content quality and performance trends, ensuring every creator delivers work that hits the brief and drives growth.
• Build strong, trust-filled relationships with creators and colleagues alike, fueling smooth collaboration and standout results.

• A strong background in working with influencers and managing creator relationships, ideally within performance-driven or UGC-focused campaigns.
• Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms like Upfluence, CreatorIQ, Aspire, Tagger, or similar tools—and the curiosity to explore new technology that enhances workflow efficiency.
• A sharp, data-driven mindset that helps you make smart decisions, optimize performance, and spot opportunities for program and platform improvements.
• Excellent communication skills to guide creators, collaborate with global and local teams, and ensure everyone stays aligned throughout the campaign lifecycle.
• A detail-oriented, proactive approach that keeps onboarding smooth, content on-brand, and campaign workflows running seamlessly.
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment—balancing multiple markets, timelines, and creator needs with confidence.
