QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of 6 years of work experience as a Human Resource Generalist is required, worked in the IT industry is preferred
  • Knowledgeable and experienced in HR Functions, including end to end recruitment process, onboarding, employee relations, and benefit administration.
  • Trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle confidential information
  • Strong experience with Philippine labor laws and government statutory benefits (SSS, Philhealth,Pag-1BIG, DOLE regulations)
  • Exposure to employee engagement, retention, and people operations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employee at all levels
  • Willing to render overtime as need arises

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment Activities

‣ Sourcing and interviewing candidates-summarizing interviews and coordinating with subject matter experts for technical interviews

‣ Onboarding new hirls- coordinate with Training and Development team ‣ Ensure compliance with local labor laws Tl

‣ Offboarding employees- monitoring clearance and conducting exit interview

Employee Care

‣ Facilitate open dialogue, emotional safety, and restorative practices in employee relations ‣ Lead employee engagement initiatives tailored to hybrid/remote teams

‣ Implement performance review cycles Serve as the primary HR Contact for employee relations matters, ensuring a positive and compliant working relationship.

Contract Management

‣ Negotiate with employees regarding their contracts

‣ Monitor documents in the NOAH

‣ Contract Management Module Coordinate with the Timekeeping and Contract Management Officer regarding documentation

WORK ARRANGEMENT

Candidate should be living in Manila Hybrid Arrangement: 80% Work from Home, 20% Scheduled On Site

Monday-Friday: 8am to 6pm Saturday: 8am to 12pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php40,000.00 per month
