Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute high-level marketing strategies that position the restaurant as a premier luxury dining destination in BGC.
  • Drive revenue growth through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and customer acquisition programs targeting upscale markets.
  • Lead brand management and public relations, ensuring consistent visibility and prestige across all digital, print, and media channels.
  • Build and maintain partnerships with luxury brands, influencers, and corporate clients to strengthen the restaurant's market presence.
  • Plan and manage exclusive events (VIP launches, media nights, private dining experiences) that reinforce the brand's high-end identity.
  • Oversee digital marketing performance with a focus on ROI, analytics, and customer engagement strategies that convert into actual sales.
  • Conduct in-depth market and competitor analysis to anticipate trends and adjust strategies ahead of market shifts.
  • Manage a significant marketing budget with accountability for maximizing returns on high-value initiatives.
  • Represent the restaurant at industry events and media engagements, acting as a brand ambassador at the executive level.
