Tahche Outsourcing Services Inc. is growing fast—and we're looking for a proactive HR Specialist to join our Cebu team. With 300+ employees serving U.S.-based clients, this role is key to ensuring smooth HR operations, compliance, and employee support in a dynamic BPO environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, compensation & benefits, HRIS updates, and offboarding.
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
  • Support performance management initiatives and assist in learning & development programs.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of HR experience (BPO/outsourcing background preferred).
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR operations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
