A real estate and hospitality company in Subic, Zambales is looking for a Senior Process Engineer who will develop, optimize, and implement processes to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability of their business in an efficient manner.

The company is looking for someone with strong analytical, problem solving, project leading and implementation skills with expertise in civil engineering with supporting knowledge in mechanical, electrical and other fields of engineering.

Key Result Area:

  • To develop and establish a construction management operations which includes proper systems and processes, staffing and control systems
  • To manage the full cycle of all construction projects, from client requirements to final evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Consultation

  2. Meet with clients to understand project requirements, provide expert advice, and negotiate contracts

  3. Project Planning & Design

  4. Conduct feasibility studies, study blueprints and plans, and create project timelines and risk assessments

  5. Project Management

  6. Manage the entire project life cycle, including delegating tasks, supervising staff, and monitoring progress to ensure it stays on time and within budget

  7. Technical Problem Solving

  8. Analyze designs, troubleshoot issues, identify potential weaknesses, and propose innovative solutions to technical challenges

  9. Implementation & Oversight

  10. Supervise the implementation of plans, coordinate with vendor, assist with procurement of materials, and conduct final inspections

  11. Reporting & Communication

  12. Communicate with clients, team members, design teams and other stakeholders to provide updates on project status, present findings, and resolve problems

Requirements:

  • Zambales or Central Luzon - based Engineer
  • Graduate of Engineering (Civil Engineering is a plus)
  • Professional engineering license is required
  • With track record of strong implementation
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office
  • Can start work immediately
