JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Title: Delivery Representative/Hatid Bahay

Reports to: Operations Manager

Key Results Area:

Quality customer service

Cash control and management

Credit control and management

Sales Volume

Duties and Responsibilities:

1) Provide friendly, courteous and efficient service to customers

2) Follow proper work ethics especially on attendance, proper uniform and teamwork

3) Ensure that product received from warehouse-in-charge is properly accounted to minimize discrepancies and inventory shortages

4) Perform and maintain necessary cleanliness for vehicle used

5) Maintain complete sets of necessary documents; official receipt, cash and charge invoices

6) Cellphones must be in good working condition to ensure efficiency in communication system

7) Soliciting of credible new accounts

8) Awareness to price increases, decreases and merchandise promotions from time to time

9) Secure and safeguard all stocks for delivery under custody

10) Prepare accurate and orderly delivery report

11) Perform all other task that may be assigned by his superior from time to time

I confirm and agree to undertake the above duties and responsibilities as Delivery Representative.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php15,000.00 per month
