The Warehouseman is responsible for the receipt and issuance of all raw and non-raw materials. Assists in the warehouse activities based on existing company warehouse policies and procedures.

· On time recording, issuance and acceptance of raw and non-raw materials, accessories, supplies, including office supplies and equipment.

· Ensuring the accuracy in recording of incoming and outgoing stocks.

· Ensuring that all materials are

· stored in an orderly and systematic manner in accordance with

· established warehousing procedure, including maintaining good housekeeping practices.

· Helps in the checking and receiving of all Incoming materials and unconsumed materials returns.

o Checks outgoing materials against approved requisition.

o Maintains proper stock piling of raw materials and other items.

· Monitors the actual withdrawal of production raw materials and other items.

o Supplies laboratory of samples taken from received raw materials.

o Prepare a proper documentation necessary for the issuance of tools and other items.

· Submits daily consumption of raw materials.

· Assists in the preparation of finished products for delivery

o Assists in the unloading of deliveries.

o Helps in the preparation of warehouse documentation or reports.

· Maintains good housekeeping practice in warehouse surroundings.

· Assist scheduled Mid/Year-end inventory.

The Delivery Coordinator(Additional assignment-Temporary) is responsible for coordinating with concerned department and trucking services for items to be delivered: including processing of documents needed in the delivery.

Ensure that the target delivery is always met and proper handling of products is always implemented to ensure the quality of products delivered to customers.

PERSON

SPECIFICATION : A person who is qualified for this position must be a:

  1. College graduate is an advantage

  2. At least College level (Business or Engineering Course)

  3. At least 2-3 years experience in warehousing and at least 1 year

in materials handling

  1. Computer literate

  2. With license to drive a motor vehicle is an advantage

  3. Willing to be assigned in IPIC Davao Plant located at Darong, Santa Cruz, Davao del Sur.
