About the role

Century Chemical Corporation is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Bulacan, Central Luzon. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring efficient and high-quality production to meet our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of production teams to meet production targets and deadlines
  • Monitor production processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and product quality
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Provide training and development opportunities for production staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Quality Assurance and Maintenance, to resolve any production-related issues
  • Analyze production data and provide reports to management on key performance indicators
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork and employee engagement

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing supervisory role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Proficient in interpreting and applying production-related data and metrics
  • Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and health and safety regulations
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines and pharmaceutical regulatory standards
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment preferred
