Office Staff

- Monitor and verify incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Prepare and quality check materials
- Perform actual inventory count and necessary paperworks
- Preparation of material requests
- Documentation, filling and reporting
- Organize, segregate and encode receipts to the system
- Maintain updated records and internal databases
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Performs duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- College graduate of related course
- Must have at least 6months-1yr of related experience in administrative and purchasing
- Prior work experience related to inventory, logistics or any administrative experience will be an advantage
- Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
- Flexible, self-motivated, and highly organized
- Knows how to lead and manage people
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Valenzuela: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
