Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office communications, including answering phone calls, emails, and handling inquiries
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and office events
- Maintain and update office databases, records, and filing systems
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and other materials
- Assist in managing office supplies, inventory, and ordering as needed
- Handle general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document organization
- Serve as the point of contact for visitors, providing a professional and welcoming environment
- Collaborate with team members and assist with various special projects and tasks
- Support the management team with day-to-day operational duties
- Ensure the office is well-organized and efficient
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in [related field, e.g., Business Administration, Office Management, Communications, etc.]
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling tasks and documentation
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous office or administrative experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
