Job Description Summary
The office staff member manages inventory control, generates and processes purchase orders, and assists with payroll duties to ensure smooth operational workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Basic knowledge and experience in inventory control and procurement processes
- Familiarity with payroll procedures and payroll software or systems
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in office software, especially MS Excel
- Good communication skills to coordinate with suppliers and internal teams
- Experience handling quotations, finances, and inventory
- Preferably knowledgeable in electrical components
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php695.00 per day
