JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Logistic Staff, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of delivery documents and requirements.

  • Creating of packing list for loading.
  • Encoding of Outbound/Inbound transactions.
  • Create a summary report for outbound/inbound transactions.
  • Delivery schedule in coordination with the Dorotea Main office.
  • Monitoring of Delivery status from our client and representative.
  • Provide support in pick-up activity and deliveries of all products according to the needs of the customer.
  • Conduct daily scheduling, and coordinate product delivery activities to ensure accurate and timely deliveries to our customers
  • Ensure that products are properly picked, packed, and safely transported to avoid any accident and damages; track the status of deliveries and resolve any issues promptly
  • Review the driver's paper works for shipment and assure all deliveries are efficiently counted and checked.
  • Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time by the Immediate Supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
  • With at least 1-2 years of work experience as a Logistics Staff
  • Experience in Electrical Industry is a plus.
  • Must be excellent in Microsoft Office (word and excel)
  • Keen attention to detail and ability to keep records and files organized.
  • Must be process-oriented and have a good working attitude.
  • Warm personality with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
