We are looking for
a HR Generalist & Payroll
who safeguards both RTM satisfaction and organizational financial accuracy, who will:

  • Oversees the RTM lifecycle - supporting onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, and HR recordkeeping, to ensure an excellent employee experience and compliance with company policies.
  • Manages payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Main point of contact with accounting, reconciling payroll data and benefits costs to ensure that clients are billed accurately for their RTM work.

Schedule
Monday to Friday | Graveyard Shift

  • Daylight saving: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Manila time
  • Regular schedule: 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Manila time

MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in HR operations, payroll, or compensation/benefits administration.
  • Knowledge of Philippine labor laws.
  • High-level proficiency with Excel/Sheets

Have your own equipment (laptop or desktop). The device must comply with the following specifications:

  • Operating systems: Windows 10/11 or MacOS
  • CPU: 1.8 GHz or faster processor
  • RAM: 2 GB or more
  • Hard drive: 128 GB or more (preferably Solid State Drive)
  • Min. 50 Mbps Internet speed
