
HR Generalist

Responsible for assisting in all stages of the
recruitment cycle.
Notify existing staff of internal job opportunities
Source candidates via job posting for vacant positions
Screen, interview, and test applicants;
Schedule examinations by coordinating
appointments.
Substantiate applicants' skills by administering and
scoring tests.
Ensure completeness of applicants' requirements
before endorsing to VP for HR & Admin, all
applicants for interview
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Provide payroll information by collecting time and
attendance records.
Ensure timely and accurate compliance to
government-mandated contributions to SSS,
Philhealth, Pag-Ibig., as well as loan payments.
TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Welcome new employees to the organization by
assisting in conducting orientation on company
organizational chart, policies, processes and
procedures.
Disseminate to all employees the training schedule
for the year.
Coordinate with trainees involved regarding their
scheduled training for the year.
Assist in preparation of training venue, materials and
food for the scheduled training days.
Process training documentation and prepare training
certificates
ADMINISTRATIVE Liaise with internal staff at all levels
Compile and update personnel 201 files in hard copy
and HRIS
Maintain employee confidence and protect operations
by keeping human resource information confidential.
Prepare and develop a records management system
File and retrieve documents and reference materials
Undertake all document filing required.
Respond to inquiries of staff and administration for
the purpose of providing information, direction,
and/or referral for addressing inquiry.
Perform general and program specific clerical
functions for the purpose of supporting departmental
activities.
Participates in meetings, in-service training,
workshops, etc. for the purpose of conveying and/or
gathering information required to perform job
functions.
Perform other related tasks as required
DOCUMENTATION Prepare reports/data related to HR activities, i.e.,
recruitment, resignations, training, employee
Job Type: Full-time
