Your Day-to-Day

  • Interact with customers via phone to address inquiries about Home Internet and Mobile services
  • Service existing customers and cross-sell based on their needs
  • Make impactful first interactions with potential customers to encourage product purchases
  • Sell products by creating a sense of need and highlighting benefits so customers can envision using our services
  • Ensure accurate submission of orders, including customer details, plan, and contract
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues or requests during the transaction process
  • Demonstrate expertise in call handling, product knowledge, objection management, sales reporting, and outbound skills

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma or Vocational Diploma/Host Certificate required; graduates of any 2- or 4-year course preferred
  • Must have PRIMARY and SECONDARY IDs ready anytime
  • At least 6 months of BPO sales experience for any consumer product
  • Inbound/Outbound telephone sales experience in a call center environment is an advantage
  • Excellent customer service attitude
  • Above-average English communication skills; proficiency in verbal and written English is a must
  • Friendly, positive manner with strong rapport-building skills
  • Experience with billing, credit card payments, or financial matters is desired
  • Sales or Collections background is a plus
  • Experience selling multi-product consumer products over the phone is an advantage
