Overview:

  • The role exists as part of the APAC Regional Project Logistics Support Team tasked in project coordination activities between several control towers and project execution teams across the globe to organize and execute transportation plans in compliance with procedures guaranteeing the quality of service.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyse transport requests from the clients/project.

  • Input transport request requirements from the clients into TMS (Transport Management System).

  • Coordinate with worldwide origin offices of CEVA to ensure smooth communication with clients' suppliers.

  • Review booking confirmations from origin offices.

  • Input shipment details and events into the clients TMS.

  • Monitor shipments schedules and update clients' TMS.

  • Review and check suppliers' documentation against Project's requirements.

  • Review and check shipping documentation against Project's requirements.

  • Coordination with onshore team in the Project Site for the smooth arrival, clearance and handling of shipments.

  • Receive, record, and validate customer order, taking into consideration our offer.

  • Define the execution plan and identify any operational constraints.

  • Complete internal invoicing and cost posting

  • Maintain acceptable Health, Safety and Environmental risk levels in his/her area of responsibility

  • Participate in the set-up and follow-up of internal standard procedures to enhance productivity and transparency

Qualification:

  • Graduate of any 4-year Business course

  • With at least 1 year of experience doing Logistics and Transportation related tasks specifically in review of shipping documentation and coordination.

  • With background in Project Management, Freight Forwarding and/or Logistics Services.

  • Advance use of Microsoft suites Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Teams.
