Project Coordinator Role

As a highly skilled Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for working closely with the project management team to plan and execute projects from start to finish.

  • Collecting all necessary documents, including venue layouts, technical drawings, and project specifications;
  • Conducting thorough research to suggest materials needed for each project, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery;
  • Studying documentation, meeting with clients, and inspecting construction or fabrication sites to understand project requirements;
  • Determining the most suitable human and material resources for each project;
  • Obtaining multiple quotes for these resources and selecting the most suitable options;
  • Negotiating with service providers to secure optimal pricing;
  • Developing detailed project plans to accurately estimate time requirements;
  • Performing risk assessments to identify potential deviations from the project plan;
  • Tracking resource usage and establishing desired profit margins to determine an overarching price;
  • Preparing proposals outlining forecasts of materials, costs, and timeframes;
  • Maintaining awareness of safety codes, fabrication, and project management policies;
  • Assisting in supervising operations teams with work processes and methodology;
  • Meeting with clients to discuss projects and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Qualifications

  1. A degree in Construction Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent is highly desirable;
  2. Proven experience as a project coordinator or estimator;
  3. Technical competency, with excellent organizational and planning skills;
  4. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  5. Dependable, trustworthy, and accountable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines;
  6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
  7. Capacity to handle requirement changes and remain focused under pressure;
  8. Good physical condition, with flexibility to work long shifts and overnight if required;
  9. Resident of Paranaque, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Makati, and Laguna is advantageous.

Working Conditions

  • Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm;
  • Saturday 9am to 1pm (optional);
  • Hybrid arrangement; flexible hours and willingness to travel;
