  • Over 5 years of solid experience in a supervisory role, overseeing HVAC teams, scheduling maintenance activities, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with other departments and contractors.
  • Skilled in inventory management of HVAC tools, parts, and equipment, and in preparing technical reports and documentation.
  • Adept at implementing HVAC best practices, energy-saving initiatives, and ensuring adherence to industry standards and local regulations.
  • Strong leadership capabilities in training, mentoring, and evaluating HVAC technicians, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Experienced in BMS (Building Management System) operation, monitoring, and integrating HVAC systems for smart building solutions.
