Junior Facility Engineer

Role:

·       Help ensure buildings and facilities are maintained in good operating condition suitable to the needs of their intended occupants.

·       Help develop and implement preventive maintenance for fire and life safety, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including interior and exterior areas of the building.

·       Help develop and implement standards for security services, traffic circulation, garbage collection, and utilities usage.

·       Help Providing technical support for engineering and administrative documentation.

·       Assisting with allocating resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to meet property objectives.

·       Preparing and submitting monthly reports, ensuring proper documentation of the property and present them every Tech. Com. Meeting at Head office.

·       Help implement Fit-out Guidelines, including standards for measuring leasable spaces and deliverable condition of units.

·       Help Ensure the adherence of tenants, their customers, and other occupants of the building with the House Rules of the commercial facilities and their premises

Requirement:

  1. Licensed Mechanical or Electrical Engineer
  2. At least 3 years work experience in handling similar role
  3. Willing to report in Mandaluyong or Quezon City/ Valenzuela area.
