
Facilities Management Officer

The Facilities and Asset Management Officer is responsible for overseeing the maintenance functionality, and optimization of the organization's physical infrastructure and assets. This role ensures that all facilities are safe, efficient, and compliant with regulatory standards, while also managing the lifecycle of company assets- from acquisition to disposal. The officer plays a key role in supporting operational continuity and cost-effective resource utilization.
Education and Qualifications
- With bachelor's degree or any four-year course.
- Experience in logistics industry or warehouse operations is an advantage.
- With Safety Officer 2 certificate is highly an advantage.
- Preferably with 2-3 years of related experience.
Skills and Specifications
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Knowledgeable with Good Warehouse practices (GWP)
- With strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized and analytical
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Good moral character, with a commitment to ethical behavior and integrity in all professional dealings.
- Has initiative to improve the current processes and systems
- Trustworthy, team player and with excellent organizational skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
