  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote and sell products or services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, provide product information, and convert leads into sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales in the system.
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.
  • Provide excellent after-sales support and customer service.
  • Fixed M-F 9 A.M - 6 P.M (Dayshift working Schedule)

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a graduate of Business, Marketing, or any related course (undergraduates are welcome).
  • With or without telesales experience; training will be provided.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Persuasive, confident, and target-driven.
  • Ability to handle rejection positively and remain motivated.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage.
