We're Hiring: Data Entry Administrator (temporary contract – approx. 6 weeks)
What's the job?
The successful candidate will join our busy Client Services Department, ensuring that the postgraduate opportunities listed on FindAMasters and FindAPhD are up to date and accurate.

What would you be doing?

  • Updating the postgraduate opportunities listed on FindAMasters and FindAPhD
  • Helping to maintain our databases
  • Helping to produce reports for both internal and external use

What type of person are we looking for?
The right candidate will be bright, driven, and enthusiastic, with an approachable and helpful disposition. You should be self-motivated with a problem-solving attitude and be able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Skills

  • High degree of literacy, with excellent writing, spelling & grammar
  • Strong time-management, organisational and administrative skills
  • Able to multitask, prioritise workload and meet multiple deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Great attention to detail
  • IT literate, including Microsoft Office programs

Essential Experience

  • Experience of data entry

  • Experience of an administrative role
