Job Description:
- Build SAP SuccessFactors Time-off and Time Tracking solutions that transform clients' core Human Resources functions
- Design, configure, and test prototype and production HR solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together seamlessly
- Manage client expectations, define the implementation strategy, and document the client's business needs and requirements
- Link the business requirements to the system capabilities to optimize the Employee Central solution
- Manage the deliverables of the project throughout the implementation process
- Build Test Scripts and Training Materials
- Conduct Train-the-Trainer and System Administrator trainings
Qualifications:
- Experience in SAP Activate Methodology
- Minimum of 4 years of SuccessFactors Time-off and Time Tracking implementation and support
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study
