Job description

  • Directly reports to Accounting Lead and/or Administrative Department Head
  • Accountable for the accurate recording, monitoring and timely and proper preparation of vouchers of accounts payable.
  • Reconciles processed work by verifying Sales Invoice, Purchase Order, Canvass, Delivery Receipt and other pertinent documents.
  • Charges expenses to project accounts and cost by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
  • Pays suppliers by monitoring discount opportunities; scheduling and checks preparations; resolving purchase order, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
  • Preparing checks and petty cash vouchers.
  • Check releasing.
  • Verifies supplier's accounts by reconciling Statement of Account, Sales Invoice and Delivery Receipts and related transactions.
  • Maintains, and organize suppliers filing system.
  • Reports sales taxes by calculating requirements and input tax on paid invoices.
  • Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  • Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
