  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of event logistics, including venue setup, catering, and guest management.
  • Maintain detailed event plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on time.
  • Liaise with external vendors and suppliers to secure event resources and manage relationships.
  • Provide on-site support during events, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
  • Contribute to the post-event evaluation process, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Perform administrative duties such as event documentation, invoicing, and budget tracking.
