Your Role:
As An MES Senior Technical Support Engineer, You Will

  • Resolve highly technical incidents, problems, and change requests via the Support Portal.
  • Diagnose root causes of complex data issues and document technical solutions for bespoke software applications.
  • Perform advanced SQL tasks, including writing and debugging T-SQL codes, Stored Procedures, and ETL processes (SSIS).
  • Debug application code using C#, JavaScript, and .Net Framework to fix software bugs and operational issues.
  • Validate computer systems and configurations according to ISO 9001 engineering methodologies and standards.

What You Need:
Non-negotiables

  • At least 7 years' experience in software project delivery or support for process-oriented environments.
  • Extensive experience with SQL Databases, T-SQL (Stored Procedures/Views), and SSIS/ETL processes.
  • Proficiency in writing and debugging code in C#.
  • Strong experience with Internet Information Services (IIS) and Windows/Network administration.
  • Ability to work the Night Shift to support strategic international clients (e.g., US-based).

Preferred skills/expertise

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Computer Science, IT, or Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
  • Industry knowledge in Food and Beverage or Pharmaceutical processing.
  • Familiarity with AspenTech MES or similar manufacturing intelligence platforms.
  • Experience with Power BI, Data Warehousing, and SSRS Reporting.
  • Knowledge of frontend/UI technologies like JavaScript, HTML5, XAML, and WPF.
