About the role

INNOVASIA MANPOWER SERVICES INC.' is seeking a talented Chinese Translator to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is integral to our operations, as you'll be responsible for providing high-quality translation services between Chinese and English, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across our diverse client base.

What you'll be doing

  • Translate a wide range of documents, including business correspondence, technical materials, and marketing content, from Chinese to English and vice versa
  • Maintain consistency in terminology, tone, and style across all translations
  • Review and proofread translations to ensure accuracy, clarity, and cultural appropriateness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure timely delivery of translations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of translation best practices and processes
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in translation technology and methodologies

What we're looking for

  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with the ability to translate fluently between the two languages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills to ensure the highest quality of translations
  • Experience in professional translation, preferably within the administrative and office support industry
  • Familiarity with translation software and computer-aided translation tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
