Department of Pediatrics Secretary

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Acts as a office receptionist and perform administrative tasks including digitalizing, flling and photocopying office documents.
2 Prepares and receives document for the Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics
Coordinates with the other departments.
Coordinates all meetings/conferences of the Department of Pediatrics
a. Schedules Consultant and resident applicants for interview.
b. Schedules conference, Grand rounds, Departmental Audit, case hearings, etc.
Prepares minutes of the meeting (Departmental)
Maintains outmost confidentiality of information in the daily transactions of the office.
Maintains record systems to uphold accurate files.
Develop and implement office procedures.
9.Compose letters, memos and emails. Participates in quality improvement activities of the department.
- Performs other duties that may be assigned to or required of the job by the Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics.
