Human Resource Operations Secretary

Job Overview
The HR Operations Secretary focuses on the administration of the human resources management and its every workings. A HR Operations Secretary supports the HR Administrator to overlook any employee grievances or disciplinary actions that the human resources department takes to ensure the process follows legal and company standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and help the implementation of important human resources operations processes, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Act as a communication bridge between different departments and other operations teams.
- Assist with planning and execution of company's special events and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate the performance management procedure of employees with their respective managers/team leaders.
- Generates HR reports such as manpower headcount, resigned employees, etc., and other reports.
- Responsible for the release of final pay and ensuring all required documents are signed properly by the resigned employee.
- Maintain and update records of active and inactive employees.
- Maintain accurate and up to date employee records in the HR monitoring file and HRIS system.
- Maintains integrity and confidentiality of HR files, records, and processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Business Administration, BS in Psychology, or any bachelor's degree.
- At least 2 years' experience in the field.
- Working knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.
